The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                 
SENATE BILL NO. 83 "An Act relating to the appointment and                     
removal of the commissioner of education; and providing for an                 
effective date," and recommended it be replaced with                           
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 83(HES), entitled:                                     
"An Act relating to the commissioner of education                             
and the commissioner of fish and game; and                                     
providing for an effective date."
